Our Quinn Signature Blend is a carefully crafted mix of specialty-grade coffee beans sourced from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, Peru and Guatemala. Roasted locally in Brisbane each week, this blend delivers a rich, balanced cup with depth and complexity.
The Brazilian and Colombian base creates smooth chocolate notes with a subtle spice, while the Ethiopian, Peruvian and Guatemalan components introduce delicate wine, floral and citrus highlights. The result is a perfectly balanced coffee with lingering body — ideal for milk-based drinks such as lattes and flat whites, yet equally enjoyable as black coffee or filter.
We roast weekly to ensure maximum freshness and flavour in every bag.
Freshness Recommendation
For the best results, we recommend purchasing whole beans and grinding fresh for each brew to preserve aroma and flavour. Ground coffee is available upon request — simply note your preferred grind size at checkout.
